Customer service is hard to come by nowadays, but Rose at the Newport Pizza Pipeline killed it! She is so sweet and her customer service was above and beyond. The best part was she is new! Thank you Rose.

We ordered from pizza pipeline last night and wasn’t given an eta which isn’t a big deal. After an hour I called just asking I ordered on a Saturday night I thought they were just busy. When they answered they told me my pizza was already delivered. I was sitting upstairs by my front door the whole time they never showed. I told the person who answered the phone this and they said to check the porch I told them no it’s not there. They then told me that their driver said they dropped it off but they would make me a new one and send it right away no worries!
