"Schade … wir waren sehr enttäuscht Da wir öfter dort essen: das essen ist wirklich top der Service normalerweise auch. Nun wollten wir spontan montags zum Essen kommen dort wurde sehr unhöflich und gestresst geantwortet von einen Herrn OHNE RESERVIERENG KEINE CHANZE! die junge Dame hätte das wohl netter ausdrücken wollen konnte aber nicht … Es ist verständlich wenn nichts frei ist es war ja spontan und wir waren 5 Personen Trotzdem ein Tipp damit Gäste wieder kommen : Behandelt alle Gäste freundlich, versucht es mal mit: hallo schön dass sie da sind, leider haben wir nichts mehr frei ohne Reservierung, haben sie reserviert ? …"

"A hotel where you feel comfortable when entering. Very friendly staff takes you in reception and gives you the feeling good to have arrived. Even the question whether you want to have a bottle of water for the room completes the reception (which was also free but a bottle opener in the room would still be nice). The room was partially refurbished and modern furnishings. Even a tablet with all the information about the hotel, games, tips for the surroundings as well as internet are available in the rooms. The room was clean this is pure formality at this point. It wasn't different to expect. The bathroom is not as modern as the room but functional and clean. The dinner was excellent and also here was the service and quality as in the other areas great. Incomprehensible came to me only when I saw that my beer came from an industrial brewery from the Bavarian capital. In a region full of small and excellent private breweries would still be “air up”. Breakfast is an experience! Here there are not the typical sausages and cheese plates like in hotels, but wonderfully preserved breads that can be ordered individually. The eggs are also freshly prepared and cooked to the point! Great! However, here also a small “critic point” that I do not understand in the context of this excellent breakfast: the eggs are only category “2” Eggs, though from a local producer. Category “0” would be better for your overall offer! In any case, however, there are 5 stars I forgive because 4 would be too little. I felt very comfortable and will come back!"

"I've dropped by here with my colleagues for lunch. We've ordered lunch menu plates and some pots of indian tea. The service was fast with delivering our dishes. Everything was delicious, just the mango dessert was a bit too watery. However, getting the bill took...quite a time, altough few guests were present."
