"We went for lunch to try out there well-known Ruben's sandwiches. They lived up to there fame of delicious rye bread with a large amount of corned beef which was not fatty. A nice amount of cheese and dressing. The sandwich was very large and delicious. I had tea with it which was good but maybe not the best choice to go with this corned beef sandwich. Not sure what would have been better. Maybe my friends choice of root beer would have been the key. I had the creamy coleslaw on the side and my friend had the shoe string French fries which was a very generous amount. Although they were very busy the service was relatively fast. Popular neighborhood grill with nice ambiance, great service, and good food at a good price. It seems so incredibly popular with local folk that on Sunday afternoon they were lined up to get a table. Quite an endorsement!
