"This is a prime example of someone taking hawaiian food and calling it fresh to promote a lie. They added a nice asian twist to a poke bowl but the fish here is pre frozen pre cut. How do I know? I watched their delivery go right by us while waiting for the food. Pre-cut frozen tuna boxes frozen hamachi, crab, and god knows what. I know sources are limited in the city but if you are going to label your food fresh than by all means pay for it! Im from hawaii, I am a born native hawaiian and places like foodland would blow this place away like a tropical breeze. Sorry poke bowl but you haven 't figured it out yet"

Fast and friendly service! The quality of the fish is good and fresh, but it is all in the sauces and extras! Value, taste and service are here. Parking is tricky, but if you find nothing, go to the adjacent parking lot and go up.

Fish quality here is similar to most other Poke restaurants around San Francisco, but prices are a little cheaper and the parking is easier. For a healthy low calorie meal, get your fish over a green salad instead of rice and avoid the creamy sauces.

I had never served raw fish on a hot rice, so I was a little skeptical for the challenge of getting to know my sensitive stomach, but I went for the Teriyaki bowl. But my co-worker had the raw salmon I tasted a sample it wasn't as tasty as expected maybe leave the raw fish Miranda a little longer.

"I am going to this assessment with the fact that my family at joe often dinates. as one or two times a month, we do not make the journey of san jose a problem. joe’s is my family tradition and will continue to be. but this visit has prompted me to leave a review as I was always used to improve the food and service. not so much last night. they were all small things that were added to a bad visit. here is the sequence of the misses in no particular order of the positive 9:45 reserve event 9:20-seated 9:35-nice. 1. 15 minutes are waiting for contact to order 2. the margarita the wife came with a sugar rim instead of a salt rim 3. instead of two 4. did not bring the spoon after the second clam Chowder-just was thrown off by the chowder without asking if everything is good 5. a place where the fork in our group is missing. 6. Drinks were served shortly before main dishes, not in the usual contemporary wise. we can say the drinks for a past. 7. Spaghetti side had dried/hard noodles mixed in-that was the problem that prompted me to leave the review. we can deal with a late arriving spoon and fork, but the center of joe’s menu cannot be underpar. 8. bathroom unattended. no toilet paper in the women's stable. men are running over with paper towels. we could say that the crew has run off a busy night. that was cleared and closed when we had our meal. Maybe next time I have to make an earlier reservation. Joes vibe was all wrong on this."
