"Hubs and I came in for lunch. Rib meat slid off the bone and the brisket was tender. The food was also kept covered and warm which a lot of places don't bother to do. Not a fan of cold BBQ so this place really stood out in that regard. The ladies at the counter were super sweet and brought freshly grilled Texas toast to the table. Probably the best place we've found in the area and we will definitely be back."

Pok-e-Jo's is reliably good barbecue that is quick and easy to purchase at convenient locations. On this trip I purchased a large meal to feed a dozen people and it was perfect. The staff were polite and responded rapidly to our questions and requests for support items (like even more plates). I really appreciate their focus on ensuring my group had everything they needed to enjoy the delicious food.
