"food was old, and not fresh. they had no drinks and they didnt try to make up for it. three meals ordered only one side came. I had to go back to the store myself. what was the use of the door dash Its supposed to be for your convenience but actually ends up being a big inconvenience. the Popeyes on 82nd near University needs to be closed down!!! always something with the food or service."

Ordering later in the day is no excuse to give me OLD chicken. It was burnt on the outside and mushy in the middle so it was quite disgusting. Soda was wrong as well. So all I can really say is dont order Fanta unless you want another flat red drink and dont order later in the day. They wont try as hard.

I went through the drive-thru and encountered openly rude staff. Nearly every part of our order was incorrect, from the number of cookies we received to the size of the side dish, and we even got chicken strips instead of the requested chicken subtitles. The employees didn't seem to care about fixing these mistakes, as they openly discussed the errors with the window open.
