Wir waren nun das 2te Mal dort und es war wieder sehr gut. Ein engagiertes Personal mit einem Ruhepol, der Dame des Hauses, der Chefin. Die Vorspeisen sehr gut, der Fisch und Wein beste Qualität und die Nachspeise ein gelungener Abschluss.

Das Prosecco ist ein gehobenes Restaurant mit gehobener Küche und Service. Das Restaurant hat ebenso wie seine Besitzerin einen großartigen Charme. Das Service und die Küche sind auf Haubenniveau nur ohne Haube und so bekommt man auch Portionen die man nicht mit der Lupe suchen muss. Natürlich legt man für einen Abend dort schon einiges an Geld ab, aber Qualität hat eben seinen Preis. Klare Empfehlung meinerseits.

Wir kamen mit 3 Kindern ohne Reservierung, erhielten dennoch einen schönen Tisch - was zunächst auffällt ist die Tatsache, daß die Tische nicht aneinander kleben. Es ist überall genügend Platz, um sich unterhalten zu können, ohne daß die Nachbarn mithören - großartig. Das Ambiente ist ruhig und entspannt ohne Hektik, das Service zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.Es gibt einen obligaten Gruß aus der Küche, und die Gerichte selbst sind alle sehr gut zubereitet. Auf Wunsch kann man den Chef auch ein wenig von der Karte abweichen lassen (gut, wenn die Kinder es nicht zu verspielt lieben, allerdings gibt es im Lokal keine Pizze - aber natürlich Pasta). Alles in allem ein gelungener, schöner Abend.
