"If you are a Asian girl, new to America and doesn’t speak perfect English, do not come to this location alone. You won’t feel welcomed. Shabri was the name of the staff who was really rude to me. Before coming here, I downloaded the phone app, got myself familiar with the menu, and thought I was ready. When ordering, I asked the staff what toppings were included in the item I chose, no response. In the end, instead of $13 something showing on the menu, I was charged $14.90 before tax. I didn’t want to question since I already sensed the hostility, but when I was trying to use the app to collect points and use the reward, the staff named Shabri refused to tell me where to pull up the QR code...

I wish my phone wasn’t dead when I walked into this location. I would of took pictures of everything!!! None of the food was covered, everything was dry. The store was disgusting in a mess. When I was going to order the two workers took spoons out the sink to serve my family and I but didn’t wash it. That’s when I knew we weren’t eating here tonight. This location use to be on point but definitely fell off over the past few months. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This is the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. Even though I and my husband have been liking Qdoba for a long time, there’s no way in hell I’m taking chances again. I am a strict vegetarian and thank god I checked the bowl before I headed back home. They put so much MEAT in my bowl! When asked to replace, the person who had made it, dude had the audacity to make a face at me and gave me a bad look like I am at fault. The person at the cash counter was nice and apologetic though. They made a new veggie bowl for me and messed it up again. No jalapeños, no cheese, no fajitas, no salsa. What am I supposed to eat and what am I paying for? Rice and beans? Give me a break! The cash counter guy was nice...
