"I attempted to place a pickup order by calling the restaurant, but the phones were busy. I was disappointed that I couldn't explain exactly what I wanted in my Italian hoagie. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food, although it is more like gas station food. I ended up ordering through Slice and was disappointed to find only ham, cheese, and mayo in my $9 sandwich. This level of service is unacceptable from a restaurant that has been a long-standing part of the community. In the future, I will only order pizza slices from Jack's, as that is the only thing that has remained consistent."
