"Red lobster didn’t plan for their “reservations” and everyone who had “reservations” had to wait 1.5+ hours to be seated AFTER their reservation time. We didn’t get seated until just after 8 and our reservations were for 7. We were told by the manager that red lobster doesn’t technically take reservations and this feature on the app was technically like a call ahead system. With this being said, the hostess still asked everyone who was standing in line waiting for a table if they “had reservations”. Extremely dissatisfied. At first we were told a half hour wait after our reservation and when that half hour came and went- we were told ANOTHER half hour."
