"This is the most disappointing Red Robin I have ever been to. I have tried multiple times, but this time was the worst. We love the chain, but every time we are here the burgers are overdone. The burgers seem smaller and the price increased. The restaurant was empty yet our server was anything but attentive. Red Robin the chain has so many unique offerings, yet the simple task of cooking a burger as ordered seems too much for this staff/management. Next time we want a burger we will go across the steeet to Miller’s."

WOW! I just had one of the best restaurant experiences at the Bel Air Red Robin. My food came out quick and hot AND everyone was super nice. The manager Brittany came to our table to make sure everything came out correctly and that is something you do not see very often anymore. She was very helpful and after our meal we just had to thank our server and Brittany. I will highly recommend this establishment and we will be returning!
