If you want to enjoy a delightful meal with good food, great wine and beer and an over-the top friendly staff, Restaurant Imperatore is a must. Must try the Spring Salad! So great. You may walk in a stranger, but you leave as part of the family.

"After having thoroughly tested the culinary environment in Sulzbach Rosenberg and Amberg in the last two years, but I have not written anything about it, there is now at least one overview about Rötzers Foodtruck. (Read this simple and gripping false apostrophe and need to write now, hurts me every time. Rötzer 's Foodtruck is not too long in Sulzbach Rosenberg, but in 2019 I was here for the fourth time today. The food truck is in the same place every day (at least in the warm months, in winter it has closed. It belongs to the opposite butcher Rötzer, which means that meat and sausage come from its own production. That's a good sign. Rötzer 's Foodtruck is exactly an airflow (this spacig looking, shiny silver caravan from the USA and visually makes something real. The truck stands on an asphalted area directly on the main road. In front of the food truck there is a wooden pergola with solid wooden tables and benches. Seats inside are of course not available so that in wind and weather only the pergola roof protects. On the left side of the grocery car, a large elephant, water produced by its beef, attracts attention to the clientele. There are also toilets in a small wooden building. I never looked for them. By default, a few burger variations, razor sausage, a salad with turkey and pommes are offered. This program is complemented by daily offers for the public. Thus there are alternately acidic sausages (choice cooked in a vinegar sauce also called blue ribs on the other hand, asparat rib or pulled pig on the slate table in the lining. During the three previous visits I had once fed a cheeseburger with pommes a double cheeseburger and once curry sausage with pommes. I felt the burgers good like taste, the curry sausage didn't let me go. Just like the Pommes. These are personally too diligent and not crispy enough. Now for today's visit: I had an oral exam this day, which was a God successful at 4.30 p.m. After that, I presented a few beers with four colleagues who had an oral examination the same day. Since we all had not taken too much solid food to us the day and reported hunger at 7 p.m., we thought where we could still get some gsiness between our teeth. Our considerations took just a few seconds, as the top criterion was that the place of food intake must be a few minutes walk from our accommodation. Because we wanted to drive by car and probably nobody left us. Rötzer 's Foodtruck remained the only place. So we marched and came on foot after only ten minutes. The about 30 seats under the pergola were well occupied, but nobody stood at the food truck itself. So I ordered my group first. I ordered a cheeseburger. I wanted this without Mayonnaise, which was no problem. I was asked about the desired degree and decided to use medium. Since I had already given a real headache of the beers (the oral examination lasted two hours, which had been very well added to my brain, I ordered a cola and no beer to the burger. The Cola originates from Afri Cola and was therefore comfortably cooled in a 0.33 liter bottle. I have no more exact prices in my head. The burger has cost about five and one-minutes of the euro and the Afri Cola Zweinochwas Euro, so I spent almost 8 euros in total. I think it's absolutely okay. The other four of my group chose: Three times Cheeseburger with Pommes and once Schaschlik with Pommes. We found in a kind of lounge with sofas from the Pergola. The table on which we later took our food to us had the height of a living room table. I'd rather have eaten at a normal table because I'm getting pain again and again if I have to bend at dinner. The others felt the lounge as cool and cozy. After about ten minutes, a loud cheeseburger without Mayo sounded in our direction from the food truck. So we had to pick up our own dishes. The food was brought to my table earlier. But it's been a lot less. The burger consisted of a self-baked bread (whether from the bakeries themselves or from a bakery I do not know, salad, burgerpatty, cheese, onions, two slices of salad cucumber, tomato and grill sauce. This time my herbal aversion fell victim of the two slices of salad gurke and the slice of tomatoes. I removed this from the burger. The bread was tastefully good, but could have been crunchy for my Gusto and the dough could be a bit more fluffy. Too bad I found that only the upper half of the bread was covered with barbecue sauce. The lower half was crisp. There is usually the mayonnaise I ordered. A small ketchup or grill sauce on the lower half would have made the burger well. However, if I wanted to do this at the time of the order, my wish would have been fulfilled. Now to the main act of meat: 100% medium was no longer Patty (in previous visits it was, but I didn't care because it was very juicy. And it depends on me. The patty was seasoned with salt and pepper and tasted well after meat of good quality. Personally, I don't think the fleshy taste is bad. I was also satisfied with the other ingredients, including cheese. My colleagues' orders were retrieved in the minute. I do not know how my colleagues found their courts, as we spoke exclusively about the examination and our professional future. I didn't hear any criticism of the food. In addition, my colleagues often eat food transporters at Rötzer and I think they were mostly satisfied. I didn't take photos at that time. If you want to see them, you can still see them under the heading photos as I have uploaded photos of the foods of the two previous visits a few weeks ago. After talking a little longer, we put our drinks bottles in a box next to the food truck and threw our plates into the garbage bucket. The plates are made of environmentally friendly palm leaf. After that we went back to our accommodation and had a good basis to continue enjoying the beer. Conclusion: A good concept with mostly convincing, self-made products at reasonable prices and a stylish food truck. If it ever hit me back to Sulzbach Rosenberg, I wouldn't have missed a stop at Rötzers Foodtruck."
