"10/1/2023 stopped here for dinner. Farm to table type restaurant and it was definitely the Asheville vibe! Our service was phenomenal! We ordered the hominy appetizer, collard salad which was interestingly delicious. For the main dishes we had the pork chop and the trout. The collard salad was interesting because I could never imagine using collards as salad but it was delicious, minus the stems! Don’t eat the stems they are bitter. The crispy hominy appetizer was unique and delicious. The pork chop was very good! It was tender and perfectly seasoned.
