"Food was mediocre at best. Customer service is really extremely horrible. I had a gift certificate that they refused to accept and told me it was expired. Only thing though THE GIFT CERTIFICATES HAVE NO EXPIRATION DATE ON THEM !!!!!!! Horrible place stay away!Owner did NOT explain anything to me. They just said it was expired because he told me it was over 8 years old which it was not. The rice bowl logo was on it and the gift card was received from my employer. So the Rice Bowl Ownership and employees can’t be trusted. They said nothing about the signature. Ownership just lies. Why would anyone try to forge a gift certificate to this place.
