"terrible service can not be for good eating. the last time we were in rio mambo was for my birthday last year, which they totally ruined by ignoring my open table reservation for 8 even after I went to the restaurant this afternoon and talked to the manager who went on the terrace to see where we wanted to sit. then we came with a party of 8 a little early and he had given the place away and had no place for us. then, when we were served, two meals were wrong. When I communicated with the restaurant the next day, I never heard of them. one of the best Mexican restaurants in the environment. Eating is consistently good and service is very good. the only reason why I didn't have 5 stars is because it was excessively warm in and after a comment on the server, it didn't seem to improve. other; highly recommended.

kellner was very nice, very good service. hostess was quite unenchanted. eating was so. very American eating as Mexican and serving were something on the little side. place was quite empty so can be a sign that even not many people like it. too much good competition for Mexican food in Texas to have 'so-so' eat.

it was a good experience, but they did not have our reservation from open table. to the happiness the restaurant was empty and we sat immediately. great brunch price and wonderful mimosas! the service was somewhat slow when the restaurant was filled to brunch. next time I will choose another breakfast option, as I was not thrilled with my main course choice. my debt, but to the happiness there are many options for the Brunch price! we will return.
