"The guy working there accidentally gave us an extra drink we hadn’t ordered and mentioned that we had already been charged for it. He took the drink back and assured me that he’d refund my card and suggested I check in an hour to see if the refund went through. He also said if the refund didn’t go through to come back through the drive thru. Unfortunately, the refund didn’t appear, so I went back through the drive-thru as instructed. When I explained the situation, they basically said, I don’t know what to tell you, and didn’t offer any further help. While I understand mistakes happen, I was hoping for a bit more assistance."
