"A very enjoyable evening on a crazy night leading up to Christmas. The restaurant was packed, the waiters were working double time but inspite of the seasonal craziness, the service was excellent and the food the same. I really enjoyed the evening and it had everything to do with how the waiters handled the busyness. Impressive. They were attentive and in good spirits. I would definitely recommemd this restaurant to anyone who enjoys good food."

Roc is consistently good . Wine outstanding as usual. Good vibe. Squid ink pasta with lobster awesome. Service was a little slow but we were not in a hurry. Great place to chill in TriBeCa.

One of the worst dining experiences in memory. A dour, uninformed waiter who grunted rather than spoke, an overpriced prix fixe menu with mediocre food, an inattentive wait staff overall, not the sort of romantic Valentine's Day we had hoped for.

We felt that while the atmosphere was very nice and the location was good, that the food was overpriced for the quality. I did not see any option for wine by the glass, so the only choice was a half bottle or a full bottle which seemed to force you to get more than you wanted or nothing at all.
