"10000000% the best place to get pizza in Madison (specifically this location!! . Everyone is super friendly, pizza is always done perfectly, they remember your name which is ALWAYS a huge thing at any business. Out of the countless times I’ve ordered, only once was there an issue (wrong topping on half and what did they do?? Told me to keep the pizza and we’re making another one for me to correct it. Didn’t even have to bring it back to “prove” what happened. Excellent staff, you can tell they actually care."

If i could describe Rosati 's in four words, it 's 'Expensive, but worth it. ' Buying and enjoying this is less of a meal, and more of an adventure of scents and flavors that you can 't find anywhere. The sauce reminds me of my mother 's cooking, and the many ingredients reminds me of the meals she 'd cook. Thanks, Rosati 's.

2 of the best sandwiches I've ever found come from this facility, but there are some important changes that reduce the amount when times I get this location frequently. You now use a call center to take orders, the call center doesn't even know what options the restaurant has to offer, I can't now have a root beer with my lunch special due to this. Even the last time I was there, I experienced a physical change between management and an employee, which is very unacceptable when you ask me.
