"We were craving for hotpot and decided to try this place since there were so many positive reviews. The first thing I noticed was the smell . There was an unpleasant smell once I walked in like old wood or old building kinda smell. We were seated right away which was great. The sauce dish they use is very old and sticky. Also, the meat was still frozen when they bought it out for us. We had to wait for it to thaw. Some of the foods on the conveyor are also frozen and not fresh. Service was just ok. Not once did they come and ask if we want more meat. We had to flag them down all the time. Our water was never refilled. One of the waiters asked if we still have the laminated menu because she...
