"I have been going to Rubio's restaurants for 20+ years. I ALWAYS order the same thing, the Chicken Quesadilla and for the most part it tastes the same... Which is Great! This is the first time I have ever had this happen at any location. I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla, but they forgot the Chicken! Unfortunately, I got it to go and was not able to request a resolution. Typically in my reviews of Rubio's, I highly recommend the Chicken Quesadilla. Just if you order it from this location, make sure they actually make yours with chicken."

Great food but service was lacking. The drink area was messy and syrups were out. The man upfront was told and he didn't do anything about it or seem to care. The food was very good however.
