We used to frequent this Italian restaurant, but recently we have noticed that the entrees and salads have been lacking flavor. The restaurant also seems to be understaffed, with only one waiter and one cook. Our waiter was polite and bilingual, and offered to replace my dish when I mentioned that I didn't enjoy it, although I didn't want to risk trying another. It appears that there may be issues with management and staffing levels at this establishment.

I had a very negative experience today at Russo's. To start, the pizza appeared to have fingerprints on the back of it (see attached picture). Additionally, the server promised to substitute the tomatoes on the pizza with another topping of my choice, but still charged me for it. I will not be returning to this restaurant. To the owner, we simply wanted to inform you in case your employees are not properly taking care of customers so that you can improve service and encourage repeat business. Good luck.
