"We came to this restaurant for dinner after visiting the Texas State Railroad. There were 9 of us at the table and none of us were particularly impressed with the food. I ordered the Chicken Fried Sirloin and found it to be too heavily breaded. The highlight of my meal was the baked potato. My friend ordered a burger and found the meat to be of low quality. He tried the ghost pepper burger, thinking it wouldn't be too spicy, but it was overwhelmingly hot and he couldn't eat it. He then tried a different burger but found it to be unappetizing as well. My other friend, my wife, and my mother-in-law ordered the chicken tenders and thought their dishes were mediocre. Overall, it was an average dining experience with nothing to rave about."

"Excellent design embedded in the picturesque downtown of Palestine. The staff were incredibly friendly and capable of eating (and between us all 16! everything was delicious. I think we ordered everything in the menu! The children played darts who worked a/c, and the attitude was nice. I can see how the outer trenches and fire pits would be amazing at other times of the year. In total, even our children 5"

"We were on a large group (50 or more). We were welcomed and served as soon as possible for a large group. I had the 9.00 Burrito. X2. One for going. I ate half of myself and took the other half. They were large, filled and delicious. I had the Feigita cow with all the fixations. 9.00 seems to be a lot. But since there are 4 meals, 4.50 everyone was reasonable. I'd go back there. My jeep club changed the store. I think we asked ourselves. I didn't see any other males, then group. Fun times."

"Switch is my preferred spot for business meals in Palestine. They have an excellent selection of wines, the food is always delicious, and the service is consistently friendly and efficient. When I have returning guests, they often say, "Let's go to Switch." I recommend the dishes called The Beginning and The End, and I've also enjoyed their pasta options. I did try the Margherita pizza, but I found it to be just average. Parking can be a bit challenging if you're in a large truck, so I suggest heading to the lot located up the hill in the back right corner."
