"Avoid using their drive-thru and opt for in-store pick-up instead. Every time I attempt to use their drive-thru, it turns into a frustrating ordeal. It seems like the app doesn't notify the restaurant when I arrive to pick up my order, resulting in long waits and no food. I end up having to call the restaurant multiple times or even go back home without my order. It's a waste of time. One time, I had my dog with me and couldn't go inside, so I had to flag down an employee in the parking lot to get my order because no one was answering the phone in any department. I tried calling multiple times, only to be put on hold and then abruptly disconnected."

I'm so disappointed that her bakery sucks. Safeway is the easiest to go for cakes, but it is definitely bad quality and their designs are awful also they are always OUT OF TOYS for the cake.. Unfortunately this is the next safeway for me

It's just for the Chinese food in the Deli. The Deli manager takes people out. He gives people the mini-family meal for the price of the tribe. When I brought him to his attention, he claimed first that he had failed my order, then he claimed that he gave me the regular meal, although the portions were clear for the mini. Conversations with customer service and they were not helpful either.
