"You have to look for a long time to find the equivalent of bad service. Waited for a table for five minutes before any of the staff even came over to us. In the meantime, they could take the trouble to acknowledge our presence. Then another couple of minutes before we got a table. Engaged and not talkative waiter (looked like a teenage girl) showed us to the table. The menu had started to fall apart. Had to ask twice about drink menu. Several of the beers were not in stock. The food took 45 minutes. Told him who seemed to be the manager that this was too bad. The answer was that there were many others waiting too, as if that was reason enough. No genuine regret when the food finally arrived...
