"Nice ramen and sushi restaurant. Service was excellent!Ramen was good. I thought the sushi was really good and presented very well. The SB craft red/spicy ramen could be spicier for my palete, I needed to add more chili paste. Flavor of the spicy broth was otherwise good.I did like at ambience, it was plenty busy when we visited at about 8pm on a Thursday. Finally the Japanese beer that accompanied the food was very reasonably priced and served nice and cold!Parking: There is a city parking lot nearby, was pretty busy but we were able to snag a spot, first 75 mins were free!"

it was nothing special. the vegan karaage (deep fried vegan meat) was nothing to die. I was happy with the rams and the noodles were thick as I like. 1 vegan ramen option, 3 vegan sides.

Great food, came to the table really fast. Service was pretty slow though; my friends and I would’ve waited 30 minutes for the check if I didn’t say anything. The waiter also forgot a couple things from our order but it’s okay because they were just drinks.Food: 4/5

Seriously some of the best ramen in the US. I live in NYC now and haven't found anywhere as good as SB Craft. The thick pieces of pork belly are so tasty, and it's not like the thin-sliced, rounded pork belly that so many other places offer. The broth is also the perfect thickness and very delicious.
