"We got there close to closing time, so the wait was very long, they were out of fries and ice cream, and unfortunately the mushrooms on our burgers were cold it felt like they didn’t get cooked at all (cheese was cold and hard too). Disappointing since I LOVE shake shack, and usually don’t have this experience.Vegetarian options: Shroom burger!"

Ordered online food was to be done by 7:30-7:35 food wasn’t done until about 20 minutes later. Which would have been fine had to seemed the team inside was moving with urgency…I will say they kept moving but not with purpose which delayed multiple orders
