"I usually take photos of my good, but I was so hungry that I just went in. the wasabi fries and sauce were amazing, but the chicken sandwich was not hit. it was greasy, was overhauled with this beat like coslaw, which also did not taste so good. with this combination the sandwich fell apart and slided everywhere. If I had to come back, I would get the fries Brussel spears and white rice that they were slammin'. the service was good and after the payment for me and my brother and left a tipp on 2 tabs, we noticed that they still charge a service fee. I visit ny and we don't even do that if it's not for delivery. don't understand why, but I know that I was getting the wrong one."

Food was okay. Fish was very fresh. However coming with a family the food was very pricey. The servers were helpful.

The interior of the restaurant doesn't really indicate you're in a Japanese restaurant. Also, both the upstairs (Shibuya) and the downstairs (a different Japanese restaurant) are serviced by a single kitchen so the overall speed of service is slower. My ramen was quite good but I wouldn't rate it higher than a 4 for the less-than-ideal amount of protein and the lack of depth of the shio miso (broth), which gets muddled by the rest of the dish instead of enhancing/balancing it. On its own, the shio miso is tasty.

I loved this place, recently I ordered the bara chiraishi again. it came with mostly rice, a few anal pieces and a minimum amount of laughs. it was not worth $45. I've never had this problem before. I called and got the apology that they ran out of the normal container. it was the same amount of food. No. the container was mostly rice. they have stuffed a buckling mint on the top. so mint and rice with a small piece of fish. if you run out of ingredients, that's good. Do not pull the people out and keep it on the menu for the day charging the same price for a container full of rice and mint.

"incredibly disappointed! first we have this restaurant for a birthday dinner on other options based on their menu, but once we were there, the menu was not what they have on their website. specific entrees that drag us to aragosta were not at all in the menu. I know the website state menu items can change, they will react with the nationwide lack of products it is difficult to get deliveries, but seriously if their printed menus are up to date their online menu should also be because guess what? there is no printing involved! the height of the wee that was available, again, weeping on the online menu were not on the printed weeping list, mediocre was best still the brandup was extreme. Thirdly, the time we waited for our food was unacceptable and when it arrived, it was cooked cold. the cabernet sauce with the chateabriand tasted no different than a glass shop bought brown engraving the duck, ordered medium rare, but served almost medium-heavy cold. the filet mignon was boiled on request, but hardly warm the Bernaise sauce tasted just like the packed powder mixture that it received in food business. nothing special or unique. next missing the service. our server apologised for the time it needed to get our wein later our meal times, and said that one of their server had to leave unexpectedly due to disease, but there were other support so that our water should have been refilled several times, but we had to ask for fillings they would help supply food before it became cold. all dinge considered the price we paid over $200 was not worth what we have the over 4 star rating is unnoticed. because we were not the only two in our party, we decided not to express our disappointment complaint at that time."
