"I grew up in Louisiana and am a chef myself. Recently moved to FL about a year ago, tried many knockoff Cajun restaurants, this one is for real, went during a saints game and the who dat nation was alive and well there! The place was recommended by a guy named tater so I knew I could not go wrong! We had oysters on the half shell (very fresh) with my abita amber beer (only in New Orleans), a blackened steak quesadilla, catfish that was not from china (thank you) and last but not least the shrimp w/grits.
