"Overall we had a good experience at Sierra Mar. The dishes were well executed and flavorful and they are quite accommodating to dietary restrictions. The Incredible views and generosity of service and hospitality is what you will remember the most. Arrival at the security booth is efficient and welcoming. The new menu is a set $145 tasting menu with a caviar supplement for $160 or $220. There are limited wines by the glass although adequate for the food menu. There are no bad seats in the house as every seat has a stunning view. The cocktails are expertly crafted and tasty. The food beyond the caviar is a bit disappointing compared to the pre-pandemic food offered. While certainly tasty, the food did not seem up to par as menus in the past.
