"I took the LightRail and bus straight from the airport to an earlyish dinner at Sisi Kay Thai. I can't think of a better place to have the first meal of the fay after 12 hours+ of travel.Ravenous, I promptly ordered calamari and fried spring roll appetizers. The calamari was tender and perfectly fried with a tasty dipping sauce. The springrolls were fresh, piping hot, exactly what you'd expect.My eggplant with veggies, basil, and prawns was a dream. The food is average, but the ambience is so bad that I won't be back. The music was incredibly loud, and we really couldn't enjoy a conversation. The fact that we could hear them from three blocks away should have been a clue. This is not what I want out of a Thai restaurant.

I have been here a few times over the years. And I have memories of a great experience before. This time I ordered the food to-go. I didn’t like the Holy Basil with chicken I got which had a lot of green beans and they were perhaps improperly cooked as they were very squeaky on my teeth. The overall taste of the dish did not impress me either. Next time I will try ordering Pad Thai or fried rice to recall how they taste.

Service deserves 0 stars. It was seriously horrible. We waited for over an an hour for our food and no one stopped by to check in on us to let us know what was happening. My poor friend was rationing her Diet Pepsi because she was afraid of not getting a refill. And that's what happened. No refill. When I finally went upstairs to talk to the servers, I was met with excuses instead of finding out what the delay was. One server had the audacity to say she couldn't control the kitchen, but I let her know it wasn't the kitchen's fault because 2 other tables who ordered after us got their food and were now asking for to go boxes.
