great place. great staff. amazing customer service. would have liked to stay longer in miami so I could buy a day for my children. they really love it, and I too. they also had a great selection of sweets, including tasty for dogs I loved since I am a dog mother. would definitely recommend to go both days and weekends. I personally prefer weekdays as the line is much shorter in these days. the place is also very clean, especially the bathroom. 10/10 without doubt.

We went to celebrate a special occasion with my kids. They ordered sundaes and one was called Flower Child. It looked cute on the menu so we splurged for the presentation. Unfortunately, the presentation was less than appetizing and looked nothing like the photo on the menu. The ice cream tasted good, don't get me wrong! But when you pay that much to have a cute and fun presentation and it turns out like basically nothing more than some ice cream thrown in a terracotta pot, then what's the point?
