"This was my first time ever at a Smashburger and honestly it was my last. I ordered the Double Bacon Smashburger with regular french fries and a Cookies and Cream shake. It took about 15 minutes to get my order and even when it was finished, dining in there's a sense of hesitation the staff gives because they don't tell you where to sit or give you a way to get your order. My burger was so greasy and dripping from the side, my fries were at best good but my shake was a disaster. It had a taste of burning metal from what I can assume was the overworked blender. I simply refused to drink it. Overall not worth going back if I can go to Shake Shack or even Five Guys."

Take me the wrong order chicken instead of beef. Must return here for 30 minutes and get the right order. I should've got something at this point or something free. Someone who was behind me realized she didn't get her fries either. Absolutely terrible. will not come back

I wish I could give less than one star. This is the only place in nj where you need to ask for chicken in your Cobb salad. If any other dinner is it a parole of salad Why someone should order a Cobb salad without chicken. It's a parole of the meal. Save your money and literally go somewhere else for your salad

My family enjoyed this SmashBurger on many occasions. Your turkeyburgers are from this world! We also love their brussel sprouts and smash deads. The staff here is friendly, hard working and engaged. They always work as a team to ensure customer satisfaction. This is impressive, especially as the staff is largely young children. Well done, SmashBurger!
