"You have several signatures. The brisket quesadilla is wonderful and very hearty. The fried banana pudding is rich and decadent. The grits, greens and pig plates are the perfect ground. Baked green tomatoes are perfectly cooked, the tomatoes are still tart and not overcooked. The different styles of the bbq sauce is a beautiful touch. I don't prefer a vinegar-based sauce and my friend. Here you have a variety of 5 bbq sauce styles to choose from. Customer service is great and Wendy looks like she never met a stranger. She's so friendly and welcoming."

We love Smokin Hot! Never been disappointed with anything on the menu! The frequent addition of things to the menu and specialties makes choosing a meal so difficult! We went to her big opening week and have been addicted! Are you bringing the Peach Cobbler back?! I would leave my favorite items, but... You can't do anything wrong!
