"Worst Starbucks I 've ever been to. 3 of the staff are untrained. They kept laughing, kept being unprofessional, got our order wrong, gave the vanilla bean no flavor, was rude calling out our order, getting confused with all of the orders, and it took them 30 minutes to just get 2 large drinks. They would also argue with you that they have the right order even if it 's wrong. I wanted to give this 2 stars due to that one employee doing her best, but her so called, friends were mocking her and rushing her as well. That type of environment should not be allowed. Truly one of the worst Starbucks locations I have ever been to. Been there multiple times, and the employees do not know how to brew properly, it just tastes like water with a tiny hint of coffee flavor to it. Clearly, they are not putting enough actual coffee grounds when they brew it. I don't think any of the employees have ever even had coffee before. All the specialty drinks we have there are awful. Will never come back to this location, no matter how many times I ski at Beavercreek!
