"Since the pandemic, we only order take out. The food is well packed and still hot when we get home. Large menu and almost everything is good. The one disappointment is shrimp in lobster sauce. This Cantonese dish should have a thick fragrant sauce, but it's thin and watery like that at most Springfield, Chinese restaurants. It needs more ground pork, and the imitation crab/lobster adds nothing. Aside from this, the Hunan and Szechuan dishes are excellent, as are the Mongolian beef and Moo-shu pork."
