"Pretty good sushi spot in the North Hills! There aren't too many good options for Asian food near Ross Park, so this is a good choice! I tried the cold sesame noodles, haru maki, Tomo roll, and tuna roll. When I first tried the cold sesame noodles, I was a little disappointed. The sauce was too runny in my opinion, and it had a sauce that was heavy on the salt/soy sauce. I prefer cold noodles with a sauce that is thicker and similar to tahini. I got the fried dumplings, edamame app spicy garlic), a spicy shrimp roll and a Philly roll with fresh salmon $1). Everything was excellent. I will say I think the steamed dumplings are better. Also the fresh salmon with the Philly roll is much better than the smoked salmon that usually comes in it. Definitely would recommend sushi tomo!

Love this place! Super chill atmosphere, food is amazing, the menu has a lot of options without being overwhelming, and staff is friendly and quick! I got the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was so delicious. Everything was cooked just right, especially the soft boiled egg, and the broth was amazing. We also ordered sushi: a Tomo Roll, a Dragon Roll, a Philly Roll, and 2 pieces of Tamago Nigiri. Everything was absolutely fantastic! I particularly like their eel sauce. I asked my server for a recommendation for some sake and she pointed me to the Momokawa sake. It was smooth and delicious, and had a really pleasant honey finish. So glad she suggested it! I highly recommend Sushi Tomo!
