I've got the harvest bowl and I mean the fine bowl. we both really enjoyed eating. it was clean and fresh. the atmosphere was also very welcoming and cozy. the big swings inside were really cool! I could have put a book there and took a great nod! we loved eating, the location and the friendly staff!"

A little gem of a spot for yummy, healthy food. I love the ambiance, too, which is comfortable, conducive to studying and little work meetings or girlfriend dates. Their smoothies and protein balls are delicious. Honestly, my favorite part about t Loft is probably their little bench swing inside. ?

They were 'technical' when I came there at 6:03, but joyfully let me in and filled my order. I had the tortilla soup on the previous day and had to come back for more the next day! I'm not gluten-free, like the delish soup, brown rice 'Bowl' and brain berry drink. I wish I lived in Lawrence, not just visiting.
