"Fresh kimchi that is cut in front of you when served! Where else do you see this? First time I've seen it and it's got me hooked!Tang's Haus serves some delicious Korean dishes that make you feel right at home. With the comfort of piping hot soup and rice, it'll warm up your winter days and evenings. Aside from soups, you'll have options of pancakes, rice bowls, and glass noodles. EVERYTHING comes out hot and fresh! The service was great and they offered to refill our fish cakes and veggies after they were gobbled up. Water and tea were refilled without flagging anyone down. They were on top of it!Now the food:Bulgogi very flavorful! Served with glass noodles, this will be enough to fill you...

Tang's Haus is a great Korean soup joint whether you're looking for noodle soup or just broth alone. The portions are generous and the restaurant definitely makes you feel like home. If you're looking for galbi or a wider menu of Korean food, this won't be the spot as they specialize in all types of soups. Service is quick and friendly. This place can get packed during dinner time esp on the weekends.

Super friendly staff and delicious food! The ajumma who served us was so kind.We ordered kimchi jeon for our starter and it was crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. I also ordered the dogani tang, which is ox knee bone soup. The broth was creamy yet light, and you can season the soup to your liking since they provide salt and pepper on the table. They don't provide too much banchan but I really enjoyed their kimchi and pickles. I think it's one of my favorites so far from any Korean restauraunt.

I came to Tang's Haus for the first time on a Friday for lunch. I would say about half of the tables were already filled. This is located in a plaza with parking right next to Sunright Tea. Food came out rather quickly after ordering. It seems like people take their time to enjoy their meal here. I ordered the Seollong Tang and it very flavorful. It had some rice noodles in it as well. The soups also came with rice. There's salt and pepper on the table for you to season the soup yourself. The meal came with 3 banchan fish cake, some type of veggie, and also kimchi and radish that they bring out and cut in front of you.Pricing wise, it was a bit pricey for soup but I did leave the restaurant...

"Mioki, from now on for me, shall be called Mi roll ki. Their rolls are beautiful, delicious, and filling. Came here for dinner on a weeknight and the service was phenomenal! Despite the crowds, we were able to get seated rather quickly (maybe around 5 minutes) we may have gotten lucky with the timing as the first wave was just wrapping up. Upon getting our seats, we were offered water with ice or no ice, lemon or no lemon. It was a nice touch to have that option as a patron. We knew we were going to get some rolls to share but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary dish of tempera green beans shortly after we were seated. The green beans tasted fresh and had a nice crisp to it but not overly breaded. The dipping sauce to me wasn't necessary but did had a bit of flavor to the bite. Great way to get in your vegetables for the meal! Upon checking in on Yelp, we also received and used the check in offer for an appetizer size of gyoza. These came out piping hot, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. It paired well with the dipping sauce. For rolls, we ordered the Cherry Blossom roll as it's our favorite and Mioki does an amazing job with it. Meaty bites and constructed aesthetically to make your mouth water and yummy grumbling. We also ordered the New Alaska roll, which was a new flavor profile for us. It is packed with smoked salmon and fresh salmon topped with a small slice of lemon. It was very tasty! To round off, we also got a TSY (short for Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail) roll and it had five huge pieces. Each piece was loaded with fish and had a lot of substance with each bite. It's in the pricier end for the number of pieces you get but due to each piece's massive size, it seems fair. And to end our service, we were served a pineapple slice nicely cut into small bite sized morsels we could pick out with toothpicks. Healthy and delicious dessert! The rolls are consistently the best off their menu and with the amazing service exhibited this most recent visit, they're definitely among the top of my sushi list in this area!"

"We went with my husband on May 7, 2022 to celebrate his birthday since he likes French cuisine. The place has nice parking and beautiful flowers outside the restaurant, we really liked it. The interior seems like a French house interior from the last century. Nice details and decorations, a bit not in my taste since I prefer more modern designs, but definitely underlining French personality of the place. We were seated at a very nice spot with red chairs, by the door to the outside part of the restaurant. Our table also had a fresh orchid flower and a candle, which is super nice and creates romantic atmosphere. Now onto the food. I decided to order 4 appetizers, while my husband had 1 appetizer and a main dish with French Onion soup on the side. We both ordered baked brie with jam it was really amazing, tender, flavorful, served at just the right temperature. I highly recommend it. French Onion soup had extremely rich and dense flavour, was nicely served and I am ready to order it again and again. I ordered salmon carpaccio, and I was a bit disappointed since it was just a plate with smoked salmon, an egg, capers, and onions. I was expecting to have raw salmon meat which carpaccio typically is. However, I may have not paid attention to the dish description maybe it said that salmon is smoked, so that is on me. After appetizers were served we unfortunately had to wait for about an hour to get the main dish and the remaining two appetizers. That's why I gave 4 stars. It seemed like there were some issues with making the main dish which was short ribs and timing everything to come together. We made that conclusion because when the dishes finally came, short rib was juicy and hot, while my appetizers were pretty cold and no longer as enjoyable. So the short rib was on the Special's menu and was tender, juicy, a bit crispy on the outside and had nice flavor to it. We shared the short rib since my appetizers mushroom ravioli and mussels were cold and pretty much inedible. We ordered desserts, and again it was a bit of a mixed experience my husband got Affogado, and I got the Papillon Cheesecake with strawberry sauce. Affogado was amazing caramel, chocolate, ice cream, and espresso flavors are combined into a wonderful mix. Our server said that people order it often. My cheesecake was a bit weird since the eggy flavor of the cheesecake did not seem to work well with the sourish strawberry jam. I acknowledge it may be only my perception of flavors though. I would go with Affogado next time. I also want to mention that because of the waiting times we spent about 2.5 hours, and because of our seating location by the door we both got extremely cold. We had a really nice server who brought us hot water and different tea options so that we wouldn't be just sitting and freezing. It was really nice of him. He also apologized when we explained that my appetizers were cold overall it left a nice impression of the service. Well, we went in the beginning of May. I bet if you come in June, you won't have any issue being cold."
