"pros: 5 service! the personal here is incredible. very attentive. sushi was good and the Burrata salad I ordered was delicious! Cons: stuff bake shrimp looked great out of a distance, so we ordered it. When it arrived, we were disappointed. it tasted as if the garnel had been under a heat lamp for hours. a lot of chewing and tasteless. everything in our bill was about $170 for 2 people. with this high price tag they hope that eating something to rave. it was at 8:00 a.m. on a Wednesday night, so I don't know if so close to the conclusion of our experience."

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our server was polite and knowledgeable. The service was timely. Our food was yummy The Chefs special dish was well worth the surprise I found the table to be very uncomfortable, the leaf angled down and wasn’t even with the table. It felt as though everything was falling forward onto my lap. Overall a good place and nice experience"

"Every time we have been the service has been exceptional. The food phenomenal. The atmosphere reminds me of a hip New York restaurant on the upper West Side. The best was it is authentic. We have been to italy several times and the quality was similar to that we had in nice restaurants in Italy! I had a great drink in the Tuscan region, but couldn't recall the name and the bartender was able to recreate it based on my vague description. Then there are the marvelous desserts! Wow. This place has it all and is somewhat hidden on the side of Grafton Hill. Worth a search!"

"My wife and I both visited Nuovo for the first time to celebrate our first wedding anniversary; we made a reservation for 5:00 and it was perfect, we were the only two in the restaurant which obviously accounted for the noise level and our waitresses (there were two) were fabulous and very attentive. While there are lots of Italian restaurants on Shrewsbury Street being the Little Italy of Worcester this was by far the best experience and Italian restaurant I 've been to yet. The food is excellent and fairly priced judging by the portions and overall the atmosphere even with more customers in the building was great. 10/10 recommend anyone to eat here, you will not be disappointed! P.S a sincere thank you to the staff again for providing us with an on the house dessert to help us celebrate!"
