"Delicious (at least it was, this time around). Tonight (Fri, Oct. 9, 2020) my roommates and I decided we wanted Texas Roadhouse. I made our order online (to avoid all the prompts) which was super easy and quick. The 2 ladies who handled my order after I pulled into my spot were friendly and working quickly. The food was great minus the green beans (I feel cheated). I purchased those specifically for my 12m old who absolutely LOVES green beans and what I received was less than satisfying. I guess I 'm glad I didn 't order a separate side of green beans too for nearly $3.00, I 'd be better off buying a can from the grocery store. I ordered the steak when I went. The flavor was good but I just kept chewing and chewing. The steak was actually pretty fatty and chewy. The side items were delicious so I would give them another chance but maybe order chicken.

The last time I was here I didn't enjoy my meal but it's been awhile and we thought we would give it a chance. The food was actually pretty good. The portions are pretty big. I ended up sharing a meal with my mom and it was perfect. I also love the yeast rolls they bring out before the meal. They serve it with warm cinnamon butter and it's delicious! They have a large offering of side dishes too. I recommend the sweet potato. You can also order loaded cheese fries too! So good!

This place is always packed! However, you can add yourself to the wait list before you arrive and seating is within a few minutes of arrival. The prices are very reasonable. The serving sizes are large and the food is seasoned very well. The steak isn't the best quality. But, it's tender and my son loves it. The rice is very good. The star of the show is the bread. It is served warm with sweet butter that has a cinnamon flavor. Service is efficient and friendly. It's a very good choice for family dinner.

"What a gem!. This place is great, just great! The sushi is fresh and perfectly prepared, and the prices are very reasonable. "I had a great Experience in Palermo Puerto Rican Kitchen, same owners from El Palermo Restaurant, they are now located here 556 Kingsley Ave, its a larger restaurant completely renovated places is bigger with more space and everything is New even their Menu, This Restaurant is bigger then Old Palermo Restaurant that was located in 2177 Kingsley Ave, I really like the New concept and the New Name Palermo Puerto Rican Kitchen, I'm very picky when it comes to eating in restaurants, the restaurant is nice and clean, and the food comes out freshly Made, and to the person below in comment that said this restaurant smelled bad he or she are really, really wrong, looks like they have something against Palermo Puerto Rican Kitchen, Like I said I didn't experience any bad issues here, the entire restaurant was nice and clean, restrooms are even nice and clean, there's no bad smell inside the restaurant it smells very clean and renovated. Like I said Restaurant dont smells, Menus are New, Tables Have Salt and Black Pepper, They also Have Homemade Hot-Sauce and Olive Oil and Red Vinegar for your salad, you just have to ask for it. You can also request to change Tables if your table is small, so I dont know why people brag to much about it. For people that complain why don't you just go to Burger King..."

"Let me begin to flee through our server, Francine. The sheer number of trips she made from our table to the kitchen probably tested her patience beyond measure, but she still held an amazing attitude and really tried to salt as much from our visit as possible. Let's talk about the sheer catastrophe the kitchen from our meal. We started with the fried Gator dick appetizer and we both ordered the captain? Platter meal that came with shrimp, scallops, oysters, fish and stuffed crab. They were from crabs, so we were allowed to double on one of the other elections. I doubled on scallops and he doubled on the shrimps. I ordered everything upset where things get crazy. The kitchen prepared my entire order fried. Francine returned to the kitchen and I saw my friend eat while I watched. The kitchen sent Francine back with my restored order, only this time she forgot my doubled scallops and my oysters. Francine returned properly cooked with a side dish of scallops, and then the kitchen gave her a dish of fried (not black) oysters for a second time. This is considered a fine culinary experience among many residents of Clay and Duval, for me? It fell short. If not for the amazing eating staff, I would not consider it a return. I sincerely hope that the experience we had today is not due to the normal experience."

"The reviews are right this place is great. My wife and I dined here for my birthday and we were not disappointed . I got the Mediterranean veal which was simply wonderful and my wife got the spaghettini carbonara and it almost as good as my fathers. Only thing I could critique was the spaghetti with marinara that was the side to the veal. The marinara was really just blah but that was the only thing that wasn’t spot on. The waiter and servers were nice, well informed and attentive."

"Do you like ridiculously salty food?? Well then you’ve found the perfect place! We had some pretzel bites and a pizza and both were like licking a salt block. The brews they make were okay, not my cup of tea though, I preferred the guest taps they had. The service wasn’t phenomenal, we had to go up to the bar to order even though we had a table."
