"Awesome restaurant with great food and fantastic service, a bit on the expensive side but worth it. Also, booking a table in advance is a good idea. We went twice and both times it was absolutely great, the burgers were delicious, the fried chicken was as well, the fries were crispy and the sauces were also tasty. They have a large selection of cocktails too, we got two different ones and both were very good, even though they were pretty weak alcohol-wise. The service was terrific, everyone was super friendly and nice. The tables were cleaned quickly, we were asked for a refill as well as cocktails and dessert, all in all fantastic service! The prices are alright for the quality of the food...

Absolutely **** poor, what has happened to TGI’s ?? So sad to have to leave a bad review. Quiet Tuesday lunch in Leicester Square was a big surprise (albeit 12 noon)

It took some time before I was seated, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy when I arrived yesterday. However, I still had a great dining experience overall. The staff was really friendly, and I especially liked the fun attitude of one of the servers. The food was excellent, as always. I highly recommend the boneless hot wings!

I waited a long time to finally visit Fridays again because the last time I tried to dine there alone, the staff ignored me and talked amongst themselves. Luckily, when I went with a guest this time, we were able to get a table, although it was placed at the back next to an uncleared table. Initially, my guest was given a dirty glass for their lemonade, but the server quickly rectified the mistake and did a good job. Overall, the experience wasn't great, but the food was just as good as I remembered.
