"Went to Fridays before the Justin Timberlake concert. It was extremely busy; we had a 6:00 reservation and weren’t seated until 6:20. Food service was slow, but fortunately we had plenty of time. Friday’s is great for decent bar food at a reasonable price. The beer was cold too!"

We were seated at a table by the hostess. We sat at the table for 30 minutes, and no employee ever greeted or served us. We told an employee, and they did not get our waitress. We left.

There needs to be a better system for event nights. I had a reservation which was great however my 12 year old daughter and I had to sit in the noisy bar. It was overwhelmingly crowded and uncomfortable for her.
