"So sad to discover that our longtime favorite, Thai Orchid, is under new management. Even though the new staff trained , we felt that the dishes we 've been ordering for over 18 years have decidedly changed. When ordering, the new staff didn 't even know the names of the entrees. Our very favorite fresh spring rolls had scant ingredients inside the wrapper, had obviously been long pre prepped as they were extremely stuck together, and the dipping sauce once the highlight is basically a tub of vinegar. Our best to the wonderful originators of the restaurant Soomben, Nuni, and family"

New owners have some big shoes to fill and they’ve fallen short. The service was sub par as was the food. Definitely new owners and not my favorite Thai spot anymore.

New owners working out the logistics caused a bit of a delay for the food to be delivered, but the staff was curtious explaining their situation, so it was ok. The food was great!!

The strip mall looks a bit run down with a giant pot hole in the parking lot as you enter but don’t let that dissuade you. All the meals were great. The Pah Naeng with chicken was really authentic. The Pad Ped with tofu might be the best vegetarian Thai dish my wife and I have ever had. They were so busy after we got seated that they had to turn customers away.
