"We are longtime Hersheypark pass holders but had not eaten here yet so we were excited to come for my daughter’s birthday. In January so not tourist season when the place is jam packed with a long wait. The setting is very cool. Our server was good but he was also the only bartender and was almost constantly busy making drinks for other tables (we could see the bar from our table and was therefore slow to get to us throughout the evening. I don’t blame him at all and I understand that help is often hard to come by but we could have been in and out much faster.
