"We stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday night, just before 7pm. All of the tables were full, but all of the seats at the counter were open, so we sat there. There were only two employees working, the server and the cook. The server was very apologetic and was working as fast as she could. She was doing an amazing job and said she had called for someone else to come in and help. We were not able to get the shakes we ordered as she was just to busy to go back to the ice cream counter to make them. None of this is a complaint, but a compliment to an excellent server who was making the most of a hectic situation and being totally honest with us. After were ordered our food, it actually came out...

Pulled in here for lunch with the family and it was like a time warp. We had so much fun. From the decor to the 50s music it was an experience. Waitress was super nice and food was great. Kids got mac n cheese and it was home made. Can not recommend enough!

This place is amazing, like stepping back in time with the decor and music! I would drive the 100 miles just for the sweet potato fries. The food was cooked perfectly and I don't think I've ever seen a cleaner restaurant. They were happy to share the history of the restaurant, and the love and care of this place truly shows. I would give it more stars if I could.

Great service, wonderful food, awesome atmosphere, we try places all over the state. This would be one of the top 3. Fresh meat. Great salad with the best ranch dressing. Wonderful chilly. No problem with gluten free, the patty melt was so good, onions were perfect as the meat again, can't say enough about freshness. Stop and give them a try when out shopping. Worth the stop and easy to find. Will make this a regular stop. Thank you for the wonderful service! Almost forgot the sweet potato fries are the best, sweet with a wonderful dip that makes you think you are eating French toast. Loved them!!!
