"We arrived at the Woo promptly for our reservation at 8:30pm. We requested in our notes to be reserved at an indoor table upon booking 2 or 3 days prior. Because new york was opening for indoor dining a day or two before valentines day, we could not pick the indoor option on the app. I tried calling multiple times to confirm indoor but the phone was never answered. Once we arrived they tried to show us outside and I explicitly stated that we requested indoor. The hostess continued to parrot it say outdoor so outdoor over and over instead of trying to help us come to a solution. Her attitude was disgusting. Worst of all this was our only event for the evening and we could have done something...
