"This small town diner, owned by locals, is fantastic. They serve delicious homemade meals, with Fish Friday being my personal favorite. The restaurant has plenty of seating, and it's always bustling with customers."

"I gave it 3 stars because they have potential and I know they can do better, I have eaten here in the past and the food, portions and service was much better. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and bacon egg and cheese on Salt Rising bread The 86er) 7.00 tx each. What we got was unrecognizable when the waitress brought it to our table asking if it was ours we sent it back because it did not look like what we ordered after walking up to the counter and inquiring where our food was we realized that was ours, both sandwiches were only 1/2 inch thick and very small and tasted burnt an English muffin or two slices of bread to make a sandwich generally would be more than 1/2 inch thick now add egg cheese and bacon to it. I am hoping this was just a fluke, or maybe with the price of food going up they refused to raise their prices so they cut back on ingredients. See the pictures posted. The phone on the left of the Salt Rising bread sandwich for perspective. The one in my hand sure doesn't look like a sandwich on an English muffin"

"Waited in line for 25 minutes with 2 vehicles in front of me. It's called fast food for a reason. It's unreal these people are getting paid higher than caretakers, LPNs, even state workers, and they don't have enough common sense to tell the vehicle in front to pull off to the side until there meal is ready. Service I would rate no stars but it won't let me. Stay away if you want to actually get food at a decent time."

"My wife and I made this a lunch/rest stop after visiting the Senica Oil Springs during the 2021 Ironbutt Rally.(11,000 miles in 11Days) After being on the road for 5 days already, in full riding gear, I am sure we didn't look or smell the greatest. The food was great and the onion rings were the best I have ever had. I would go back from central Texas to try them again! Everyone was wonderful and really enjoyed our time off of the bike here."
