Such kind and helpful customer service! I decided to try her sandwich combo, she recommended the Tavern Club and I was pleasantly surprised. It was tasteful and BIG and the bread was fresh and soft. I ordered a half lb of smoked turkey, which is also tasteful and balanced. Everything, even the broccoli stole, was tasty. I'm back.

For special occasions and if you try to impress someone, Honey Baked Ham offers incredible ham and smoked turkey. It is convenient and I never had a bad experience regarding customer service. If you live within an hour of Bentons, their “smoothed” ham and bacon are phenomenal. In any case, you are guaranteed an extraordinary meal.

Had a small issue with a ham I ordered and the Alcoa location went above and beyond to make it right. I filled out a survey with my very minor complaint and they contacted me immediately. Their customer service was amazing, and the store itself was spotless and smelled delicious. Kelli was fantastic. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.
