"Somewhat authentic hungarian pastry shop. They don’t speak Hungarian though or they’d have noticed us doing so. Strudel (which is Austrian btw) was good and felt like home, caffee was sour but still good. There is usually a long queue, even outside the shop, so be prepared for about 5 mins of waiting time. One of the best pastry shops in the city! Line may get long, but all the pastries are unique. Cheese puffs are great for a savory treat, but baklava and almond horns never disappoint!

There aren't many customers, but the clerks pretend they're busy. Even though there are three women working, the store is not operating properly. The taste is also normal. The place is also juuuuuuust ordinary. I was disappointed with their unkindness.

You may need to wait in line for a few minutes before being able to get inside. I got a very sweet Hungarian coffee and took it to go, as every table was full. The restaurant has a lot of neat art on the walls and seems like a great breakfast spot for students of Columbia.
