"We were on holiday, have made this reservation about a month in advance. We paid for a warehouse in the middle of nothing, it was closed! The doors were closed, the lights were out, no one in sight. Luckily there was a brewery right next to the shop because we were starving after a day of sightseeing. This place is a huge SCAM! It also seems to be a very nice menu - the café is a literal cafeteria. I would have annoyed to pay these prices for the environment anyway."

We went there the first day of opening, overall restaurant is very disorganized and lack of restaurant leadership. Food was over cooked and most importantly service was poor (not attentive). Hope they can improve on service so we could go back and try again.

While the food was very good, the service was terrible. We waited 15 minutes for our orders. Then it was over a HOUR before the food arrived. Some of the children never arrived and we had to ask. Does it really take an hour to make Mac N Cheese!??? Illuminarium was a great experience, but we will skip the café in the future.
